GROTTO BAY

Grotto Bay is a residential Estate up the West Coast right on the coastline. A large proportion of the residents are made up of top SA Artists. Time Out Ladies Club was invited to an art exhibition of the work by these artists. Our day started out in pouring rain – April and rain – not always the norm in the Western Cape.

Thomas Kohler who had organized the exhibition firstly welcomed us to the home of Marie Theron. The work of these artists was fantastic and what a wonderful way to spend a day of rain. Our club was indeed very privileged to view work in the privacy of a home in such a spectacular setting. More of the artists work can be viewed on www.art-me-africa.com.

Helen Lamprecht of the Bayside Post Office was invited by the club this month as our special guest – the person who goes the extra mile for the community.

Her thank you note fully expressed just how much she enjoyed the day with us as well!
