VALENTINES
DAY IN GREYTON
Thursday 14th February
'07
|
Greyton is nestled in the Riviersonderend
mountain range.
It is the perfect destination for a relaxing
getaway. Known as the “Jewel of the
Overberg”, Greyton is a year round
destination for the whole family. With
Greytons thatched roofed cottages and gravel
roads, it is a town that seems to be lost in
time.
On our way out
we stopped off at Peregrine
for the ‘gathering’ that everyone likes to
do, then headed straight to Greyton.
On arrival we had time to view the shops,
wander around the village and view the doll
house collection at the Information office.
The shops are delightful and the gardens
superb. |

Lunch was at at a new Hotel called
Barnards Boutique Hotel - A small contemporary hotel. There were
some issues which I will be addressing. |

but the strings will last forever. |
