Join us for a day filled with the
miracles of nature. You’ll feel they
have been waiting to welcome you and to
impress you!
We start our day gently drifting down
the Chobe River. Our boat follows the
riverbank where animals gather to drink
the water, so we’re in the best place
for game viewing! The Chobe River flows
through the Chobe National Park which is
renowned for its vast variety and
quantity of wildlife. Large herds of
elephant bathe and kick up dust along
the banks of the river while their
calves frolic in the cool water.
Crocodiles laze in the sun, motionless,
until they suddenly open their jaws to
reveal their terrifying teeth. Its
relaxing, and exciting all at the same
time, because who knows what may happen
next?
Once we disembark we seat ourselves on
the tiered seats of our open safari
vehicle and we’re off on our game drive,
with our guide pointing out animals
hiding in the shadow of trees, and
sharing their knowledge with us, giving
us a better understanding of nature in
the incredible Chobe Game Reserve.
We devour a delicious lunch at a lodge
overlooking the Chobe River, and reflect
on the privilege of being able to
experience such a wonderful day, before
heading back with more game viewing
opportunities. |
