Maputo for a day of fun and sight seeing
in this vibrant port city!
The city boasts elaborate and palatial
architecture with some designs by the
famous Gustav Eiffel, Pancho Guedes and
Sir Herbert Baker. A fine example is the
Polana Hotel with its classic colonial
charm.
Maputo’s wide avenues are lined with
Acacia trees and the beachfront is
framed by palm trees of the Marginal.
Due to its many different cultures
Maputo offers a wide variety of cuisine,
and seafood is abundant. This is an
exciting city and once you’ve had a
taste of it, you’re sure to come back
