If you want to experience African
culture, then you’ve picked the right
tour! Lesedi Cultural Village is an
exciting and interactive experience
where Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho, Pedi and
Ndebele tribes live in their traditional
huts, each following their own culture.
They speak and sing in their individual
languages, wearing traditional costumes,
practising their unique customs, and
going about their daily activities while
you observe their way of life and
interact with them.
The sun sets to the beat of African
drums, the fires are lit and the dancing
begins! Herbs are sprinkled and the
dancing gathers momentum as each culture
entertains with their energetic
performance. A feast of traditional
African fare awaits and you will join in
the evening meal with an opportunity to
taste a wide variety of delicacies.
This is a wonderful and most enjoyable
opportunity to gain a greater
understanding of these African tribes. |
