African nightlife at the Shangaan River
Club. At Hippo Hollow we celebrate the
culture of the Shangaan tribe and we
will be entertained in true African
style! This is where the drum beats to
welcome you to a taste of ancient tribal
customs.
Children from the local AIDS orphanage,
the Ronaldsi Youth Cultural Traditional
Dancers, which provides shelter and
education to abandoned children,
entertain with singing and dancing. The
story of this ancient tribe unfolds as
the local chief narrates from tribal
legend.
A feast is laid on and this is your
chance to taste Africa in an enchanting
setting surrounded by the magic of the
