  PREVIOUS TRAVELTIME - THE CRAYFISH FESTIVAL - LAMBERTS BAY SATURDAY 24TH -SUNDAY 25TH MARCH

  Twenty of us went to the Crayfish Festival in Lamberts Bay.

We overnighted in Clanwilliam – our accommodation for the weekend was the Saint Du Barry’s Country Lodge and Blommenberg’s! After checking in we went through to Lamberts Bay for the festival.

Much music, laughter, people watching – a ‘bit’ of crayfish eating – thought there should have been more crayfish at a festival!
     
  Delightful dinner at Blommenberg’s – country hospitality at its best. Early morning saw us having breakfast at Saint Du Barry’s – a light continental breakfast as we were warned about the huge lunch which awaited us at Muisbosskerm.

Muisbosskerm is an experience par excellence – everyone should do it at least once in their lives!

We ate, and ate and ate – such a quality meal – wonderful vibe right on the beach. All in all a very happy memorable time!
